Terms and Conditions

1. General

This portal allows citizens and businesses to submit applications digitally to Telestyrelsen and pay any fees associated with the processing of the application.

By submitting an application, the applicant accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Submitting an Application

The applicant fills in the relevant application form via the portal. Once the form is submitted, any application fee must be paid via the integrated payment solution.

The application is only considered received and registered once the payment has been completed.

3. Payment

Payment is made via the integrated payment solution. All payments are processed securely through the payment provider.

After a successful payment, the applicant will receive a confirmation of the submitted application by email.

4. Processing of Applications

After submission and payment, the application is processed by Telestyrelsen.

If the application is incorrectly or incompletely filled in, the applicant may be contacted for correction or supplementary information. In such cases, the applicant may correct and resubmit the application without additional payment.

5. Approval

Once the application is approved, the relevant permit or licence is issued in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

The applicant may request a refund of the paid fee.

Upon refund, the submitted application will be cancelled, and any associated permit or radio licence will lapse. A refund therefore means that the application will not be processed further, or that an already issued permit will cease to be valid.

7. Communication

Communication regarding the application is primarily conducted via email to the address provided in the application.

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the provided email address is correct.

8. Liability

The portal is made available to facilitate digital submission of applications. Reservations are made for technical errors, system outages or temporary unavailability.

Telestyrelsen cannot be held liable for indirect losses resulting from such circumstances.

9. Changes

Telestyrelsen reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions. The current version will be available on the portal at all times.
