Payments made via this portal relate to the processing of applications at Telestyrelsen. The payment covers the processing of the submitted application and associated administrative processes.
2. Requesting a Refund
The applicant may request a refund of the paid fee by contacting Telestyrelsen before the application has been finally processed or approved.
3. Consequences of a Refund
If a refund is processed, the associated application will be cancelled. Any rights, permits or radio licences linked to the application will lapse or become invalid.
4. Processing of Refunds
Refunds are processed manually and will normally be completed via the same payment method used for the original payment.
5. Processing Time
Processing a refund may take up to 10 working days from the time the refund is approved.
